I started to detect some changes now after 10 days or so in the morning. Also it seems to last during the day as well.

It’s the first time so I had tea only twice. At the same time, had a lot of diarrhea so I stopped drinking it. But wanna try in an another occasion. Had a testful sleep though. And nice dreams. Tastes ok, not super bitter.
