Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we work hard to process and ship orders quickly, we’re unfortunately not able to make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you’d like to add an item, feel free to place a second order. We’ll do our best to combine the shipments if timing allows, though we can’t guarantee it.
Do you accept returns?
Given the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If a product is missing or damaged in your order, please contact us at info@zhiherbals.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
For orders shipped to the USA: We're happy to ship to our U.S. customers! Just a quick note—once your package reaches the border, it's in your hands. Please be aware that we're not able to offer refunds for orders returned or unclaimed due to unpaid duties, customs issues, or address errors. We recommend double-checking your shipping details and local import regulations to help ensure smooth delivery.

Can you mail me a printed catalog of your products?
At this time we do not offer a printed catalog. Our full range of products can be found on our website, alongside current pricing and inventory availability.
