Shipments to the USA are currently paused. We hope to resume our USA shipping option soon.
Please note that delivery to PO boxes has resumed.
We're a small team and we truly appreciate your patience and support. Thanks for sticking with us as we do our best to get your herbs to you as quickly as possible!

What are your shipping options?
Within Canada, we offer Canada Post Expedited delivery with tracking (approx. 2-8 business days) at a flat rate of $14.99, or free for orders over $150.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we are happy to deliver to P.O. boxes.
How long does processing and shipping take?
We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Occasionally, we may be a little behind due to holiday or order rush.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. In general, once your order is shipped it will spend 2-8 business days in transit before it arrives.
Where are your products shipped from?
All of our products are shipped from our facility in Vancouver, Canada.
Why didn’t I receive an email confirming shipment?
Some email services may mark our messages as junk/spam.
We will send you an order confirmation email as soon as you place an online order with us. When your order has left our facility in Vancouver and is en route to you, we will send a second confirmation email to let you know that your herbs have been shipped.
If you didn’t receive an email confirmation, or sent us an email and did not see a response, please check your junk folders and adjust your email settings to ensure that we are on your safe senders list.
I have special delivery instructions (ie. back door, side door, etc). Where do I write my instructions?
If you have special delivery instructions, please write them in the second line of your shipping address when placing your order. We will do our best to include all instructions given when creating your shipping label.
