What are your Canadian shipping options?
Within Canada, we provide Canada Post Expedited Parcel delivery, which includes tracking information. Shipments take approximately 2-8 business days to be delivered. Shipping within Canada is free for orders $150+.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes! Shipments to the USA are sent with Canada Post. Our USA shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we are happy to deliver to P.O. boxes.
How long does processing and shipping take?
We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Occasionally, we may be a little behind due to holiday or order rush.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. In general, once your order is shipped it will spend 2-8 business days in transit before it arrives.
Where are your products shipped from?
All of our products are shipped from our facility in Vancouver, Canada.
Why didn’t I receive an email confirming shipment?
Some email services may mark our messages as junk/spam.
We will send you an order confirmation email as soon as you place an online order with us. When your order has left our facility in Vancouver and is en route to you, we will send a second confirmation email to let you know that your herbs have been shipped.
If you didn’t receive an email confirmation, or sent us an email and did not see a response, please check your junk folders and adjust your email settings to ensure that we are on your safe senders list.
