Ginseng Spiced Apple Cider
This spiced apple cider recipe is perfect for fall. You can double or quadruple the recipe if you plan on making it for a large group of people. Thanks to fragrant spices like clove and cinnamon, your house will be filled with a warm and cozy aroma as it heats on your stove.
Siberian Ginseng Benefits
We added Siberian ginseng to this recipe because people often need an energy boost around this time of year. Siberian ginseng helps to increase mental alertness and physical endurance, which is perfect before a long night of trick-or-treating, or an evening handing out candy. Siberian ginseng also helps to strengthen both the adrenals and the immune system.
